We offer a one-week, no-obligation, FREE trial offer. There are no minimum line charges or minimum fees. Medical Transcription Services offers an economical solution to your transcription needs. No equipment is needed. Use any phone to call our toll-free number and record your dictation onto our secure server or use a digital voice recorder and uplink your files to us. Your transcriptions are then returned via secure email to you in 28-48 hours for normal delivery or 6-8 hours for priority delivery. Our normal turnaround time has been averaging 24 hours.
Transcriptions are priced at 12¢ per 65 keystrokes for normal delivery. Priority or "stat" delivery is available for an additional charge. A 1¢ discount is applied for a monthly volume of over 10,000 lines. This method of charging by a group of characters will save you money even though other transcription companies may appear to charge less "per line".
Transcribed reports can be returned on your practice letterhead or dictation template. If you choose to use our service, there are no monthly usage requirements.
